  • What should I wear/bring with me?
    For Sports Rehabilitation - You should wear loose sports clothing and appropriate clothing to allow the Therapist to assess your injury i.e wear shorts if you have a lower leg injury. For Sports Massage - You will be require to wear shorts and t-shirt For Personal Training - You will need to wear comfortable sports clothes and trainers. Bring along a water bottle and a small towel.
  • Where can I park?
    You can park outside the premises on the main road.
  • Do I require a referral?
    No. The clinic/studio is private so no referral is required to book.
  • Can I purchase Gift cards?
    Yes we do provide Gift cards for all our services, these are a great idea for any sports enthusiast and are valid for 12 months. You will have to call or e-mail to arrange and then an electronic gift voucher will be sent.
  • How do I book/pay?
    You can book all of our services online through the treatment page we accept all major Debit/Credit cards, PayPal or you can pay cash upon arriving.
  • What is the Difference between Physiotherapy and Sports Therapy?
    Both Physiotherapists and Sports Therapists hold a degree level qualification. You will often find a Physiotherapist in a hospital setting and a Sports Therapist working with various elite sport teams. The major difference between a Physiotherapist and a Sports Therapist is that a Sports Therapist is specifically trained to return you to a sport or an active lifestyle.
  • Is there a toilet?
    Unfortunately there is no specific customer toilet, the household toilet can be used if requested.
  • Is there a cancellation Policy?
    Yes, we ask that you give at least 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment, otherwise you may be charged.
